i'd say the cost depends on whether you want to keep the people around you happy, too.
at the cost of giving up being sad.
i'd be willing to pay that!:] unless the sadness made me happy, of course.
yeah but then you get bored of being happy. and viseversa.
happiness is an illusion. So no cost at all, It just goes away when it seems fit, and then you have to create it again, or that empty feeling settles in.
